4 Simple Steps to Fundraising Success!

Our fundraising program is broken down into four simple steps, each one designed to bring you closer to fundraising success. These four steps will keep you on track and ensure your group reaches their goals!

Step #1 - Sign Up

To start a fundraiser, simply sign up for your fundraising program online or schedule a call. Once we confirm the details of your fundraiser we'll send you a confirmation email and mail you the order forms.

Don't forget to ask about setting up your online store!

Step #2 - Kick Off

Start your fundraising program off with an in-person or virtual event where you hand out the information packets and seller tools, introduce your sellers to the product, and answer any questions they may have.

We'll send your customized order forms which you can pass out to your group. Be sure to let the sellers know when to return their order forms and money.

Step #3 - Promote & Sell

Remind sellers to share their online store link via social media, email, and text! If you need a little boost, we'll be there to provide support and motivation to help get you over the finish line.

Once your fundraiser is complete, you will enter your results on our easy-to-use online portal. We'll email you a link to the portal once your fundraiser has started.

Step #4 - Pick Up & Deliver

Prior to your delivery we'll send you an email reminding you of the delivery details. We'll also send you an invoice due at delivery. We offer a variety of payment options. If the online store was used, we may be bringing a check to you!

Your products will arrive pre-sorted for each seller. Please have a few volunteers, tables, and the order forms ready when we arrive to help speed up the process.

At our dealership, your needs are our priority, and we want you to have the best possible experience when partnering with us.

To help you get started, we have created this video. It goes through the whole process of fundraising with us step by step and includes tips to ensure your fundraiser gets off to a great start.

Frequently Asked Questions

Most groups sell for 2-4 weeks. We will deliver your product roughly two weeks after your order is submitted. 

You entire sale can be wrapped up within a month! In slower times of the year, we can do it even quicker as our delivery schedule is more flexible.

We suggest that your sellers collect payment when their customers place their order. This way, you have all the money collected in advance, and you won’t be stuck with any product that is not paid for.

We do not enforce minimum order quantities. However, all groups who sell 250 units or more will earn 40% profit. Those selling less than 250 units will earn a little over 35% profit.

Orders can be submitted through our secure online portal. You will receive a unique link that is specific to your fundraiser. If you have any questions, call Adam Sinnema (406-589-5384). 

Payment is due at the time of delivery. We offer a variety of payment options. If the online store was used, we may be bringing a check to you!

Please have one check made out to Success N Fundraising for our portion of the sale.

We will arrive in our own delivery vehicle on the date and time agreed upon. We will have the products presorted for your convenience. Please have tables and a few volunteers ready to help when we arrive.

Yes, we now offer online fundraisers. You will send a link to your online store, and they can order their favorite products and pay securely with a credit card or one of several other payment types.

The seller will then hand deliver the product to their supporters.

Products that are delivered frozen can stay out of the freezer for 2-3 hours after delivery, depending on weather conditions.

Since many of our products are frozen and would need to be shipped with dry ice, the shipping costs would quickly eat up all your profit.

We would encourage your relatives that are coming from out of state that have ordered from you to bring a cooler, buy a little dry ice, and take any frozen product back with them.

The product will stay cold for several days if you tape the cooler shut and cover it will a blanket. Our frozen products must be kept at 0 degrees or below, so regular ice does not work.
